Our Team
Dom began his journey as an industrial agent in 2016 and played a pivotal role in establishing PropNex Johor. The year 2024 marked a significant milestone for Dom as he received the prestigious PropNex Millionaire award, the highest honor within the organization. Recognizing his passion for direct customer service, he stepped down from his senior management position in 2025 to focus on serving clients. Currently, Dom specializes in residential property in the western region of Johor Bahru while continuing to serve his industrial clients primarily in Senai.

After experiencing a major setback in her business during the COVID period, Melissa rose with resilience and determination by venturing into the real estate industry. From rentals to the secondary market, and from the secondary market to project sales, Melissa is well-equipped with the expertise to provide end-to-end (A-to-Z) services from the moment a client places a booking fee.
The year 2025 marked a remarkable milestone in her career, as she was honoured with the prestigious PropNex Millionaire Award — the highest recognition within the organization. Currently, Melissa focuses on Project Marketing in the CIQ area, while also actively managing her clients’ properties in the rental market.

Kee worked in Singapore as a graphic designer for many years before growing weary of daily cross-border commuting. Through this experience, he developed a deep understanding of the needs of many who seek a convenient place to live within the CIQ area.
As one of PropNex Johor’s top producerssince 2023, Kee is poised to become the next PropNex Millionaire, following in the footsteps of his two comrades as he steps onto the stage to shine.
Kee currently partners with Melissa and focuses on Project Marketing within the CIQ area.
